On April 1, 2019, the Boise City Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Preliminary and Final Plat of the Villa Nostra Subdivision to the Boise City Council...


Our application will be considered by the Boise City Council to establish a public hearing date.


After that we go to the Boise City Engineer.

The house and a few trees came down today. More is scheduled to happen tomorrow.

The demolition and grubbing is happening later than we had hoped but the schedule is Friday July 5 8am. We thank our neighbors for their patience, those weeds will be gone soon!!
